LiftTrack will not only give you an accurate idea, it will chart and graph exact utilization. On top of precisely measuring deadman switch time, the system will also record lift and drive as well.

Therefore, as a manager you could pull your last month’s utilization by operator, truck or facility (or any combination of the three). Allowing you to better deter-mine the crunch periods and appropriately adjust your operation. Or, if you have a weaker operator, the system will identify that and you can approach him with objective data backing your point.

Setup
1. Vehicle, Vendor, Operator and training history information provided by the customer is entered into the LIFTTRACK Database.
2. LIFTTRACK Data collectors are installed on each vehicle by certified mechanics.
3. LIFTTRACK installs the Safety Inspection Station and issues keys to required personnel.
4. LIFTTRACK does the training on the system to Operators, Supervisors and Management.
